I love making a good spreadsheet, and Mekare asked me to crosspost this here. I love that Zhu Yilong and Zhang Luyi have the same age gap from their Wu Xies, just in opposite directions!

For all of these,I managed to find something somewhere online saying when filming started, EXCEPT Time Raiders, hence the questionmark. For that one, I entered a date one year before the release date.

After years of trailers, we finally have some episodes and with English subtitles even! They are currently available on the WeTV app (TenCent's international app). So far 5 episodes have been released with basically no forewarning.

Hello, I just bound this, a DMBJ fic! Which is I guess my second fully completed project. Also my first time binding a fic that I wrote myself, so the entire process from writing through typesetting and binding was my project. I am really happy with how it turned out! (Hopefully this is okay to post here, if not I'm happy to remove it—I'm still not very good at dreamwidth...)

Book information:

Title fonts - Frosty, Body font - IM Fell English, bound in octavo format with a square back bradel binding. Cover graphic printed onto book cloth with an inkjet printer. Edge painting underlayer with J. Herbin Émeraude de Chivor and sprinkled with Golden high flow acrylic in Iridescent Gold Deep (Fine), and Windsor & Newton ink in silver. Endpapers are paste paper I got at a book fair this year. Book cloth is something from a mix of samples, so I'm not completely sure what it is.

The fic: Mountain's Depths which I wrote for the Rare Kinks Buffet Prompt Fest 2024.

It‘s time for angst (and possibly hurt comfort again?)! Give us fanworks focusing on the Bronze Gate: fics, art or meta exploring what the Ultimate is, accounts of what it is like within the gate, the dread before Xiaoge goes into the gate (any of those times), or the aftermath. Heed the warnings everyone. If anyone knows of fanart (or a link to the official Xiaoge-goes-behind-the-gate art), please link, I wasn't able to find any.

The rest deals with more of the immediate aftermath up to past Reboot. I really like how the inside of the Gate was described here, and I always appreciate Xiaoge point of view.

This is a repost from my journal today, which is relevant for this community. Feel free to share your own DMBJ journey!

I‘ve been taking a bit of a break from DMBJ after the Pingxie exchange, but as you could see from my recent art post, I‘m back in the right headspace for it now.

I am going to reread the parts of Volume 4 that Merebear has translated (they are more than halfway finished, so fast OMG) and catch up, so I can get closer to Sha Hai (that will take some time yet though).

Meanwhile I hear NPSS has posted new Rain Village chapters which I‘m saving for the really dark time of the year…

I‘ve also decided to finally watch The Lost Tomb 1. By happy coincidence,

bladedweapons has also started it and keeps linking episode reaction posts in dmbj_tombraiders here in this community. Check them out for some lovely screenshots and Xiaoge gifs!
